    The first session is used to explore the reasons that bring you into therapy and the vision you have for your future self

  • Exactly as it sounds, “walk and talk” therapy moves therapy from the traditional office setting into the outdoors.

    Walk and talk therapy integrates the benefits of movement, nature, and fresh air into the therapy process.

  • Starting Spring 2026, Bright Stride Mental Health will expand it’s services to include an in office setting in the South Suburbs of Chicago
